When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website and any orders subject to our T&Cs. By placing an order with Jaci and Cane you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
This website is operated by Jaci & Cane. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jaci & Cane. Jaci & Cane offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Our store is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

All products and content contained on the site are the property of Jaci & Cane. All photography work is either by Jaci & Cane or agreed working contracts/ collaboration and credits for any third-party images are available upon request.

Our Boob Bag Satchels (including custom bags), Tote Boob Bag are a copyright design owned by Jaci & Cane. All work here is our own and handmade; items bought on our website are subject to design and copyright laws.
When a product is purchased it is your responsibility and will require love and care if you want it to last many years. We are happy to help and give feedback on the care of any products but are not responsible for your own actions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We only accept the UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us you will receive an order confirmation email to your account email address, which will include your name, the order number and the total price.
The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is received and further details are required to authorise your purchase you or your bank may be required to provide further verification or authorisation for the transaction. Jaci and Cane will not be made liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order due to delays in providing further authorisation.
BESPOKE ORDERS AND BUILD YOUR OWN BAG CUSTOM DESIGNS
All Bespoke orders have a 2 week lead time, we may get the product to you before the time-frame given, if there are any delays to your purchase you will be notified beforehand. Please allow 2 weeks before getting in touch.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be cancelled by customers within 24hrs of order being received and no later.
If a bespoke order is cancelled after 24hrs, 25% payment will be taken off the total purchased price.
If you wish to amend a design feature, please contact us within 24hrs and we will be happy to discuss and amend wherever possible and discuss along the way of the process.
All designs and customisations undertaken by Jaci & Cane as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the sole property of Jaci & Cane for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to Jaci & Cane designs, or in creating new products, remain the property ofJaci & Cane, to be used as they choose.
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example a build your own bag) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Jaci & Cane undertakes to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered.
Jaci & Cane reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without advance warning.
DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION TIMES
A limited stock of Jaci & Cane leather goods are ready to ship with all others being made to order. The description text for each product specifies whether the item is ‘ready to ship’ or ‘made to order’.
Standard delivery of ‘ready to ship’ items is between 3 and 5 days.
Please note that we will always try our best to get your product to you sooner rather than later but we will never compromise the time and the quality of our goods to meet express delivery.
Standard shipping to all UK addresses is free. All packages are sent via Royal Mail Signed For to ensure it reaches your door safely. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery from completion of the order. Your package will require a signature.
Please note these targets cannot be guaranteed and are currently subject to potential delays due to COVID-19.
Jaci & Cane goods can be shipped worldwide via the International Tracked Royal Mail service or Parcelforce Worldwide for larger items. All international goods will take between 5-10 days.

Brexit: Delivery to the European Union temporarily suspended
Customers in the EU are advised not to place any orders with us until further notice. From 1 January 2021, customers will be liable to pay import duty and VAT charges on all parcels valued at €22 and over which will be charged at destination by the courier and must be paid before delivery. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to Jaci & Cane. A refund of only the product price will be issued.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you are happy with your purchase; please remember that all our products are hand-cut, dyed and sewn either by hand or machine all in our York studio.
The return must be approved by Jaci and Cane and can be discussed via email as detailed below.
Once approved the return must be sent exactly as advised by Jaci and Cane.
Jaci and Cane will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.
Jaci and Cane will not pay for returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return.
The product must be new, unused, with the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days after purchase.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Jaci and Cane will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. Jaci and Cane will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and only when the product has been returned we will refund the agreed amount.
Exchanging a product is not available on any custom orders due to our handmade and bespoke service.

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK. If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. We will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).
Please note: items excluded from this policy are items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised; perishable items or chocolates; candles, eye-wear, tights and items which have been sealed where the seal is broken (such as the pelvic corsets and panties or item classed as or worn as an under garment). These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED
All items are photographed and checked before sent out to you. These images will be kept on ours records until you have received the product. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us via our site or at so we can discuss and arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, and this will be decided by Jaci & Cane via email and as mentioned in our returns policy.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.

When purchasing online from Jaci & Cane the process of buying and selling requires the collection of the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, telephone number, and bank account details for the purposes of online sales, your past purchases, your preferences and interests, navigation patterns as well as your connection logs. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
